ENHANCED COMMUNITY QUARANTINE and in the interest of the safety of our customers and riders, all shipment operations will be on hold until further notice.
We will still be accepting orders coming in so long as interested customers are willing to wait. Rest assured that all paid orders will be shipped out as soon as the suspension is lifted and regular operation of our logistic partners resume.

After submitting your proof of payment, we will send a Payment Confirmation email with the PICK-UP DATE
of your parcel.
Pick-up is scheduled every Tuesday
only (excluding holidays).
- All paid orders from Monday- Wednesday will be scheduled for pick-up on the coming FRIDAY.
- All paid orders from Thursday- Sunday will be scheduled for pick-up on the coming TUESDAY.
- Note that for orders with 5 or more custom pieces, we may need to add 1-3 days production time. This will be indicated in your Payment Confirmation email.
Regular Shipping via JRS:
Php 120 - within Metro Manila (1-3 working days)
Php 140 - provincial areas (1-3 working days)
***Your tracking information will be sent via email confirmation within 24 hours after your package is shipped. Once your order is successfully shipped-out, expect to receive your order within 1-3 working days.
Additional 1-3 delivery days for remote areas may be calculated.
Kindly expect a delay during holidays, sales, promotions and inclement weather.
Same day delivery via Lalamove:
FOR METRO MANILA AND SEVERAL RIZAL AREAS ONLY
Choosing this option means you are agreeing to the amount of the delivery fee shown on the Lalamove app.
Service payment or delivery fee will be c/o customer.
To check an estimate amount of the delivery fee:
1. Download Lalamove App
(You can also use Grab (delivery) App as reference)
2. Pin location 'Conference Multi-purpose Hall, Antipolo' as the PICK-UP point
3. Pin your location / address as the DROP-OFF point
4. Delivery fee will show up on the lower right side of the screen.
If you don't have the app, kindly contact (email or DM) us with your location and/or Order Number.
***You will need to text us your details (indicated in the payment confirmation email) as a confirmation that your order is to be shipped via lalamove.
***On the day of pick-up, we will send you a text update as soon as your order's ready.
Please note that we will not be held liable for shipping delays, lost packages or damages during transit. We would gladly assist you by emailing the courier in any case of complications (other ways to contact the courier will be the responsibility of the buyer.) In such cases, kindly e-mail us with your Name, Order Number, Tracking Number, and a screenshot of latest tracking update. Thank you! ♥
