After submitting your proof of payment, we will send a Payment Confirmation email with the PICK-UP DATE of your parcel.
Pick-up is scheduled every Tuesday and Friday only
(may change without further notice for dates falling on a holiday).
All paid orders from Monday- Wednesday will be scheduled for pick-up on the coming FRIDAY.
All paid orders from Thursday- Sunday will be scheduled for pick-up on the coming TUESDAY.
Note that for orders with 5 or more custom pieces, we may need to add 1-3 days production time. This will be indicated in your Payment Confirmation email.
Shipping via JRS:
Php 120 - within Metro Manila (2-4 days) Php 140 - provincial areas (4-9 days)
For provincial orders, kindly check FIRST if your area is included in the scope of delivery of our courier JRS (check it HERE)
Additional 1-3 delivery days for remote areas may be calculated.
Kindly expect a delay during holidays, sales, promotions and inclement weather. ***Your tracking information will be sent via email confirmation. (Due to the pandemic, the tracking number will be dispatched on the NEXT scheduled ship-out. We are taking extra precautions on outside exposure so what we do is we leave the branch immediately upon dropping off the parcels and return on the next ship out for the waybill. This way we don’t have to stay & wait for the whole encoding process. Rest assured that ship out date on the payment confirmation email is the start of delivery time ◡̈ Hope you understand! Same Day Delivery:
Choosing this option means you are agreeing to the amount of the delivery fee shown on the third party app. Service payment or delivery fee c/o customer.
To check an estimate amount of the delivery fee:
1. Download Lalamove App
(You can also use Grab (delivery) App as reference)
2. Pin location 'Cluster C Bagong Nayon 1, Antipolo' as the PICK-UP point
3. Pin your location / address as the DROP-OFF point
4. Delivery fee will show up on the lower right side of the screen.
***If in case no one accepts your booking, order cannot be cancelled and shipping will be done thru our partner courier (JRS Express) instead.
Please note that we will not be held liable for shipping delays, lost packages or damages during transit. We would gladly assist you by emailing the courier in any case of complications (other ways to contact the courier will be the responsibility of the buyer.) In such cases, kindly e-mail us with your Name, Order Number, Tracking Number, and a screenshot of latest tracking update. Thank you! ♥
